Client galleries · Built by a working photographer
Where the night
plays back.
Pixieset and Picflow are filing cabinets. Encore is a tool with a heartbeat — built by someone who shoots the show, edits to a 36-hour deadline, and ships to clients every weekend.
Other gallery platforms are storage with a UI.
Encore is a working photographer's notebook, a darkroom contact sheet, a tour bootleg, an audit trail, a credit ledger, and a 1-year-from-now reactivation engine.
In the wild
Galleries shipped this week.
A drift of real frames from real clients — concerts, weddings, sports, doc. Every photo carries its Roll ID forever.
What no one else has built
Six features that change the job.
The Pit Pass
Upload from the pit, gallery goes live in seconds. The artist's PR team posts during the encore. Pixieset can't do this — their architecture assumes you deliver later. Encore is built around the night, not the inbox.
Receipts
Every view, every download, every share — signed and chained with a SHA-256 hash. When a brand uses your photo uncredited two years later, you have notarized evidence. The first gallery platform that lets you actually defend your work.
Roll IDs forever
Every Encore photo carries a permanent ID across galleries, exports, social posts, prints. ST-0428 is ST-0428 forever. Pick your studio's prefix; search your archive by venue, subject, song, year — across every shoot you've ever done.
The Encore Reel
Every gallery auto-generates a 60-second 9:16 highlight reel in your studio's aesthetic, ready for the client to post. The 'vertical social cuts' add-on you already sell — built in, every delivery, no extra work.
One Year Ago Tonight
Twelve months after the shoot, Encore quietly emails the client one keeper from the night. Drives prints, anniversary posts, re-bookings — automatically, forever, while you sleep. Zero engineering cost. Massive lifetime value.
One year ago tonight.
ANNIVERSARY · AUTO-SEND
Did your photos move the needle?
When the client posts a delivered frame, Encore matches it back via perceptual hash. Every gallery shows: 'the 8 you posted averaged 2.4× their account median.' Direct evidence you're worth what you charge — data no other gallery platform owns.

How it works
Shoot. Upload. Ship.
01
Shoot the night
Out in the pit, on the field, in the room. Encore knows the structure of the shoot — songs, periods, ceremony parts, race laps.
02
Drag, drop, done
Originals upload to your private R2 bucket. Encore generates web/social/print variants with watermarks and hands you back a Roll ID per frame in seconds.
03
Ship branded, ungatekept
Galleries live on your domain, in your colors, in your voice. Clients view in seconds, no accounts, no nonsense. You see who looked when, where every frame ended up.
Real workflows
Whatever you shoot, Encore fits.
The platform speaks your language. Every photographer can rename features and themes their gallery so it never looks like the platform — it looks like you.
01 · Music & tour
MAIN STAGE · HEADLINER · 12,400 LIVE
Pit to PR in seconds
Live upload during the show. Variants generated as you shoot. Artist's team posts before the encore is over. Roll IDs trace every frame back to the night, the song, the venue.
02 · Wedding & portrait
SUNSET TERRACE · CEREMONY · DELIVERED
Soft Light, sneak peek, full
Sneak Peek the day-of. Soft Light theme + your fonts + your domain. Family share unlocks the whole inner circle on one password. One year later, we email the couple a keeper. They book the next thing.
03 · Sports & action
CENTER COURT · CHAMPIONSHIP · 247 FRAMES
Period 1, Period 2, Period 3
Photos auto-tag to the period or quarter from EXIF + the event sheet. Coaches' pick lists and parents' favorites are first-class. Bulk zip download by quarter.
Voices from the floor
What working photographers say.
Shipped a gallery from the pit during the encore. The artist's PR team posted before house lights came up. Pixieset can't physically do this.
My brides find it more elegant than any of the five platforms I've used over the last decade. Soft Light theme + my fonts = nothing else looks like it.
Receipts caught a magazine using my work uncredited. First time I've ever recovered the licensing fee — the hash chain made the conversation short.
The 1-year anniversary email landed with a couple I'd shot a decade of weddings ago. They booked their daughter's wedding off it. That paid for the platform forever.
For
Wedding. Portrait. Music. Sports. Auto. Doc. Editorial.
The platform's brand is loud. The gallery your clients see is entirely your call. A wedding photographer in Tulsa picks Soft Light and her brides see something elegant. A tour photographer picks Marquee and the artist's PR team gets something that feels like the night.
Same engine. Different soul. White-label your studio's brand on top — custom domain, custom email, custom vocabulary.

Frequently asked
Honest answers.
Why another gallery platform?+
Pixieset and Picflow are filing cabinets — they hold your photos. Encore is a working photographer's notebook. Roll IDs that live with every frame across the years. Tamper-proof receipts on every download. A 1-year anniversary that re-engages clients automatically. Built by someone who shoots the show.
Will my galleries go dark if I exceed my plan?+
No. Soft caps with a grace period — your galleries keep working. We notify you, you upgrade or trim, your clients never see a broken link. Pixieset's hard cutoffs are the most-hated feature in the category and we will not replicate them.
How do I migrate from Pixieset / Picflow / SmugMug?+
Download a gallery as a zip from the source, drop it on /app/import. Encore unzips it, runs every photo through the variant pipeline, and assigns Roll IDs starting from your studio's next number. A real one-click importer is on the public-launch roadmap.
Can I white-label it for my studio?+
Yes. Custom domain (CNAME, DNS-verified), custom logo, custom colors, custom font pair, custom email-from address, custom vocabulary (you call it 'Pit Pass', another studio calls it 'Sneak Peek' — same engine). Your clients never see the word Encore unless you want them to.
What's the storage really like?+
Cloudflare R2 — zero egress fees, no per-download charges. We charge for stored bytes, not bandwidth. Variants are stored at thumb (640px), medium (1280px), large (2400px), and original. All hi-res, all retunable.
Is Encore for me if I shoot weddings?+
Yes. The platform's brand is loud; your galleries are entirely your call. Pick the Soft Light theme — your brides see something elegant. The Pit Pass becomes your Sneak Peek. Roll IDs become Photo IDs. Same engine, your vocabulary.
