Galleries we actually shipped

Pit, aisle, sideline - the same engine, delivered on Encore by HeckRaiser Productions, the studio this platform was built for and the one that still runs on it every weekend. Custom wordmark, custom domain, the studio's own socials in the footer. Nothing here is staged for you. These are live galleries and they will still be there tomorrow.

The good part

This is why they hired you.

The pyro, the dip, the buzzer, the last song. You catch it. Encore ships it while hearts are still pounding.

Galleries that don't look like every other gallery on Earth

02 / 07TAMPER-EVIDENT AUDIT LOG

Receipts, not vibes

Every view, every download, every share, every favorite, every re-edit. Hashed and chained with SHA-256, so a single edit anywhere in the log breaks the chain on verify. Then the head of that chain goes to an independent timestamp authority, which returns a token attesting the hash existed at that instant. That is the part that matters when a brand uses your photo uncredited two years later: not that our database says so, but that a third party with no stake in it countersigned the record, and anyone can check that without an account and without trusting us.

Every Encore photo carries a permanent ID across galleries, exports, social posts, prints. ST-0428 is ST-0428 forever. Pick your studio's prefix; search your archive by venue, subject, song, year. Across every shoot you've ever done.

The Encore Reel

One tap on any gallery renders a 60-second 9:16 highlight reel in your studio's aesthetic, ready for the client to post. ffmpeg runs server-side; the finished cut shows up in the gallery editor when the render lands. The 'vertical social cuts' add-on you already sell, built in from Professional up.

Let them find themselves.

Switch search on for a gallery and every frame is read for what is printed in it: jersey numbers, name bars, bib numbers, signage. A parent types 12 and gets the frames where 12 was legible, instead of scrolling all of them. It reads what the camera saw written down. It never recognises a face or measures anyone's features, and it stays off until you turn it on, one gallery at a time.

Camera roll, AirDrop, shared albums. Same R2 pipeline as the web. Variants, watermarks, Roll IDs all baked server-side. The card lands, the upload starts.

02

Send from the parking lot

Create a gallery, name it, share the link. By the time you're at the truck the artist's PR team has the URL in their inbox and on their phone.

03

Live mode at the show

Flip Pit Pass on. New frames push to the public gallery the moment they finalize. You don't need to be at a laptop. The phone is the control surface.

04

Full admin on the phone

Galleries, brand colors, team invites, 2FA, the SHA-256 audit log. The everyday surfaces, native on iOS. Heavier setup (custom domain, email-from verification) still happens on the web.

Most gallery platforms ship a viewer or an uploader; Encore's iOS app is a working admin. Create a gallery, send it, flip Pit Pass on - from the phone, at the venue. Compare it against the rivals' own App Store listings.

How it works

Shoot. Upload. Ship

01

Shoot the night

Out in the pit, on the field, in the room. Every frame lands with a Roll ID and the capture time off your camera, so the night stays in the order it happened.

02

Drag, drop, done

Originals upload to your private cloud storage. Encore generates web/social/print variants with watermarks and hands you back a Roll ID per frame in seconds.

03

Ship branded, ungatekept

Galleries live on your domain, in your colors, in your voice. Clients view in seconds, no accounts, no nonsense. You see who looked when, where every frame ended up.

Real workflows

Pit, aisle, sideline. Same engine

The platform speaks your language. Every photographer can rename features and re-theme their gallery so it never looks like the platform. It looks like you.

ShootLive galleryPR postsReel

Live upload during the show. Variants generated as you shoot. Artist's team posts before the encore is over. The finished film sits below the stills in the same gallery. Roll IDs trace every frame back to the night, the song, the venue.

02 · Wedding & portrait

Sneak peek to anniversary

Sneak peekSelectsFullAnniversary

Sneak Peek the day-of. One password unlocks the whole gallery for the family. A note left on a frame is in your inbox before they close the tab. One year later, we email the couple a keeper. They book the next thing.

Gallery live while the game is still going. Second shooters upload through one collect link into the right game; you approve a shooter once and their next batch publishes on arrival. Parents and coaches favorite; every pick lands in a named selects list that locks when they submit. Any 500 frames, one zip.

The moat · who built this

I'm Jared. HeckRaiser Productions is my studio. Concerts, weddings, sports, the night and the morning after. Every gallery platform I paid for since 2019 broke my Friday night in some specific way I could point at. So I stopped paying them and built the one I wished I'd had. Roll IDs because I needed them. Receipts because a magazine stole my work. I built the web. I built the iOS app. Same hands, one tool. Built for me, opened up because other photographers are losing the same Friday nights.

Encore Vault.

Encore is the gallery, where your work is shown. Vault is the filing cabinet it goes into afterwards - so a finished shoot stops living in three places at once.

When a gallery is done, file it. It goes dark to clients, its delivery previews are cleared, and its storage moves off your gallery plan - the originals stay exactly where they are. Bring it back whenever you want. Or put the RAWs straight in, a shoot folder at a time.

An archive, not a backupVault keeps one copy, in one place. That is an archive, and it is not the same thing as a backup. Keep a copy on a drive somewhere too - we will keep telling you that, because it is true.

Being built and tested now. No date, no price yet.

Frequently asked

Asked and answered

Why another gallery platform?+

Pixieset and Picflow are filing cabinets. They hold your photos. Encore is a working photographer's notebook. Roll IDs that live with every frame across the years. Tamper-evident receipts on every download. Built by someone who shoots the show.

Will my galleries go dark if I exceed my plan?+

No. Delivered galleries keep serving no matter what. As you approach your storage limit the dashboard warns you at 80%, and at the cap new uploads pause until you free space or upgrade - but nothing your clients are viewing ever goes dark.

How do I migrate from Pixieset / Picflow / SmugMug?+

Download a gallery as a zip from the source, drop it on the Import page. Encore unzips it, runs every photo through the variant pipeline, and assigns Roll IDs starting from your studio's next number. Multi-GB shoots process server-side without tying up your browser; you'll see Roll IDs appear as photos finalize.

Can I white-label it for my studio?+

Yes. Custom domain (CNAME, DNS-verified), custom logo, custom colors, custom font pair, custom email-from address, custom vocabulary (you call it 'Pit Pass', another studio calls it 'Sneak Peek'. Same engine). Your clients never see the word Encore unless you want them to.

What's the storage really like?+

Cloudflare R2. Zero egress fees, no per-download charges. We charge for stored bytes, not bandwidth. Variants are stored at thumb (640px), medium (1280px), large (2400px), and original. All hi-res, all retunable.

Is Encore for me if I shoot weddings?+

Yes. The platform's brand is loud; your galleries are entirely your call. Pick the Soft Light theme. Your brides see something elegant. The Pit Pass becomes your Sneak Peek. Roll IDs become Photo IDs. Same engine, your vocabulary.

What happens if I delete a gallery by mistake?+

Deleted galleries land in your Trash for 30 days, restorable with one click. After 30 days they're auto-purged and the underlying photos are gone for good. Our storage's durability covers physical loss, not 'I emptied the trash.' Standard practice: keep your originals on your own drives. Encore is for delivery + audit, not your archive of record.
